Make Your Own Coffee Bar

This coffee station is a great place to collect everything needed for a hot mug of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.  Since we have a very small kitchen, we put ours in the dining room.  Take a look below to see how you can replicate this coffee station in your own house!

THE SHELF:

I found this shelf at Hobby Lobby.

Across the top of the shelf I have:
  • A hazelnut cream scented candle
  • A large mason jar filled with unground coffee beans
  • A coffee-themed tin sign, also from Hobby Lobby
  • A small mason jar filled with cappuccino mix
  • A large mason jar filled with mini marshmallows for hot chocolate

Inside the wire baskets I have:
  • Hot chocolate and hot spiced cider packets
  • Coffee filters
  • Four small mason jars with flavored coffee grounds
  • K-cups

In order to keep track of my flavored coffees, I put the label from the original package into the mason jar along with the coffee grounds.

All of the mugs pictured are Fiesta java mugs.  I registered for mine at Macy’s when I got married (I think they were $8.99 each) but you can find them anywhere.

THE CABINET:

I found this teal cabinet at Target, and put our coffee maker, hot water maker, and Keurig machine on top of the cabinet.

On the first shelf, I have:
  • Our K-cup spinner
  • A small mason jar with plastic coffee stirrers
  • A sugar pourer
  • A Fiesta ware canister filled with the coffee grounds we use every day

On the second shelf, I keep my husband’s massive tea collection.  His teas didn’t all fit into the tea box, so I also bought him a basket to store the rest.

I LOVE my coffee station, and hope you have fun creating your own!  If you do, I'd love to hear how it went or see a picture.  Happy creating!
